Appears to have been used as a farm implement of late... so sad to see a potentially wonderful survivor gratuitously abused.   James

Likely poor barn/storage shed and they just pulled it out and a relative with a smart phone took those poor photos.  I have seen similar cars with asking prices in the $7500 to $10,000 range, even non running. 

I would say $2000 probably negotiable and at that price, the sellers are just trying to clear out a car they know they won't ever double back to. 

But why not say "we just pulled it out"  Confirm "non running" Mouse odor, etc..
