Looks like among other places they don't ship to Hawaii or at least that is what it says.
If that was the product I seriously wanted I'd find someone to act as an intermediary to have it shipped to who could them ship is to Hawaii.
Maybe use the Contact Seller feature on eBay and get a dialogue going with them.
It could be as simple as the price they quote for S&H does not apply to orders to Hawaii and they could quote you accordingly.
