1955 Color & Upholstery Book

I have been looking for a 1955 "Dealer Book"  also known
as a "Color & Upholstery" Book.  The deluxe set usually came
in two volumes.  If you have one or have a lead on one I would
appreciate the information.  Willing to pay up to $3K for an excellent example with good binding, no missing pages, etc.

please) and price.

Im pretty sure the 1955 Color and Upholstery book is one book, as I believe most all of them were until 1957.

Thanks very much for posting those pictures.  In the meantime,
I did get a response to my inquiry.  Your pictures confirm for me
that the one I've been offered is the correct one.

It's one volume and has the exact same cover.  The contents
appear just like yours.

Jenkins Interiors (http://www.jenkins-interiors.com/) sent me photos of these books when he was referencing samples for my 55.

Speaking of interiors, does anyone know a good source for vinyl? SMS Auto Fabrics wants about $79 a yard and that's pretty steep. Jenkins has better prices than them on fabric and leather, but they don't offer vinyl. Does anyone know a good source that does for 50s Caddies?

Thanks, John.  In the meantime, I did find one and
I bought it.  It was from a fellow club member.

As far as a source for vinyl, SMS would be the only
one I know of.  I'm surprised Jenkins doesn't offer
vinyl.  However, there was some talk (on this forum)
about SMS being sometimes very slow to deliver.  So,
be certain what they offer you is in stock before you
fork over your $$$.
