Hello, i am looking for a clock that will work for a 1971 Deville. If i can find a working one for a decent price, that would be perfect. If it's not working/unknown condition, i would like to see a picture of the clockwork to see if i can use it for parts to fix mine.

Thanks!

Also consider converting your clock to quartz movement about $100. I did mine great.

Agree no the quartz conversion!  Send yours out, have it done, reinstall it and be done with it.  Had mine done 4 years ago, still keeps perfect time.

If you are looking for authenticity thought, points will be deducted as a quartz conversion has a smooth running 2nd hand, where as the original ticks and moves 1 second at a time.

Chris, I think you mean just the opposite.  The original clock has a smooth-running second hand, and the quartz movement moves one second at a time.
