I purchased some floors from them, and basically wound up making my own from scratch with a bead roller. Take it for what it's worth...

I had the same experience with a set of floor pans for a 61 years ago.  A lot of work to make them fit, but I got them in.

It a better Job by far. Not difficult for a decent fabricator, and you can mimic the factory ribbing or get damn close to it with a bead roller. Good Luck!

The Tassie Devil(le)

When I have to replace sheet metal, I fabricate my own, whenever I can, as freight to down here is horrendous.

I replaced the whole floor of a '71 Eldorado Convertible, and did it in sections, using a bench for folding, a 14lb sledge hammer for forming, and convenient pieces of steel in different shapes for making formers.

It is surprising what can be done with a hammer and a dolly, heat and pressure to make "horrible" shapes.

The first pictures are of a piece I made to replace a section of the windscreen /cowl frame on a '69 SDV

The next lot are of the '71 floor sections.

Remanufacturing straight sills with a few bends and curves would be a pretty simple task for a sheetmetal man, or woman.
