My 1956 Sedan De ville, Canyon Gray and Black, ( 5662092929,  36000 miles, in Lahore, Pakistan)  was standing for a year and the engine seized. On opening the head the number 1 and 2 pistons had deposits on them and were totally seized. (leak from head gasket and open valves suspected). The pistons are Cadillac with #1464261 and D132 written on them.
The #1 was an inch from the top and the #2 was 3/4 way down. There is one small area of rust pitting on the #2 cylinder.
The pistons and bores of the rest six cylinders are perfect.
While trying to free the pistons I cracked the dished piston top of # 1 and the hopes of making the otherwise good engine serviceable again were dashed. ( Wooden block drift 3 inch dia with a large hammer. Should have used a 4 inch dia block.)
I cant seem to find a replacement piston and all photos of the 365 cu in engine show  flat top pistons. These must be low compression pistons for the export model to Pakistan for low octane fuel reasons.
I cant seem to locate either one or a set of these pistons? I wonder why.
Been toying with buying a set of flat tops from e bay Falcon Global. Will go from STD to +.030 to be sure to clear the rust pitting. Any feedback on these?

The dished pistons were used for export models when low compression was required. My '56 Sedan de Ville, imported from GM Switzerland, had such pistons. When I rebuilt the engine, I bought flat pistons because the dished ones are no more available.
