The first 2020 issue of the Pierce Arrow Society's Service Bulletin periodical contains a detailed article about cleaning and lubricating the windshield-mounted Trico wiper motors.  It includes a clear exploded diagram of the wiper motor and easy-to-follow instructions.

I'm confident the principles also apply to the Trico motors mounted behind the instrument panel -- just not to the Visionall sunvisor-mounted devices.

It's available from the Pierce-Arrow Society (Pierce-Arrow.org) but I don't think they'd be happy if I broadcast the article to non-members.  It's a great club and worth joining.

I believe there's a few sources of info on this, so search it out.   The Trico wiperman is also a resource.   wiperman.com
I don't use vacuum wipers, I change dthem over, so I don't keep this "old" info.
