Morning all

Finding that I don't have a working headlight dimmer. The owner's manual alludes to having a cut of switch for the autotronic eye but I am not finding that. To make the manual dimmer switch work should I have to change something or do I perhaps just have a bad dimmer switch?

Thanks

Kevin,

If you are referring to the “headlights” dimmer switch for low and high beams the switch would be located on the floor panel to the left of the brake pedal.

If you have the Autronic-Eye option the wiring for the headlight is different than the one with no Autronic-Eye, not sure which section on the manual you are referring to?   ???

With the Autronic-Eye option the foot switch controls the “ground” for the power relay to switch the headlight manually between the high and low. With the non-Autronic-Eye option the foot switch switches the +12V between the high and low.

Hope this helps..!
