1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Front and Rear Brake pads

Does ANYONE know what brake pads (for both front and rear) a 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz needs and where can I buy them.  The car went in to get a Safety (the certificate you need to register a vehicle in Ontario Canada) at a Cadillac Dealership and its been on the hoist for almost three weeks now and everything else is done BUT they can't seem to get these pads.  They turned a simple procedure into month long project.

I got pads and shoes for my '74 from Rock Auto.  I just checked for a '78, and there are tons of options.
