Hi.

I need radiator mounts/cushions for my 65 DeVille and no one has them. I could get a piece of Shore A 40 neoprene foam rubber and cut it to what I want, but I can only get large (expensive) pieces, and even if I do that, I'd have to improve an attachment method (probably adhesive)..

Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, how did you overcome it? It seems like this would be a common part across many years, but all evidence points to it's not.

I have made a drawing of what the parts look like if it helps move this discussion along.

I hate to make a big deal over such a simple part, but I need the damn thing! Actually two.

Thanks
Greg

Not sure what the 65 looks like but I have had pretty good luck with this universal one fitting.   Its got those notches in it so you can easily fold it into the proper width U shape.     Its doorman #10665 so every parts store can get em even if its under their own name.

I may still have one in one of my random junk boxes I could measure if you wanted dimensions.

Thank you TJ.
This is very helpful.
I will try to find it at my local auto parts store.
Dimensions for the removed part (laid flat) is 5/16" thick, 1-1/4" wide, and 6-3/4" long.
Thanks again.

Overall length is 7".   Overall width is 1"  but its got about a 1/2 recess down the middle.  It closer to 1/4 think I would say.
