Happy New Year, when it comes, to you all !

Spotted this a while back and thought it may be of interest ? I have no idea if these are models to avoid or to start being interested in ? I have recently started to like the look of them 8)and if this was in my country for sale would be snapping it up, if it was running driving.

I'd be interested to hear thoughts on them ( Sevilles of this era ) and this one please  :)

There's a strong following for these both in the USA and in Europe. In one of the photos you can see the ECU is removed from it's mounting position. The description says it needs a gas tank and a fuel pump. Considering where it's located I suspect it's a corrosion free car which needs some understanding to get it running properly.

It says clean title but needs to be re-keyed seems a little strange. Where are the keys if it made it to the dealer's lot and they were able to diagnose starting issues?

Bruce Roe "Bcroe" on our forum is the authority on the ECU is there is something which needs attention. A few of us can offer support if someone needs help diagnosing potential starting/running issues. I recreated a couple of the critical parts which were getting scarce (coolant/air temp sensors and the Fast idle valve "FIV"). Any time I have the opportunity I invite others, who have 70's EFI cars, to join the forum.

There are as well some cool technical marketing original videos posted on Youtube.

Edit: Looking again there is a second ECU on the floor. I would probably want to make certain I got both of them as Bruce can fix the originals if the replacement is at all suspect.

I have a 1977 'San Remo' Seville and while i rebuilt the original EFI , I'm going to abandon the whole mess and go with FItech. BTW I see they are offering PORT fuel injection versions now but I am going with performance aftermarket olds intake and TBI along with other enhancements.
All These 75-79 Sevilles were rather pathetic performers.
