79 CDV Phaeton leather steering wheel cover

Hi All, The leather steering wheel cover on my 79 CDV Phaeton is starting to wear out and is in need of replacement. All of the leather replacement cover ones I have see like wheelskins https://www.ebay.com/itm/184927064271 are perforated all the way around so where the two spokes from the horn pad meet the rim you will still have perforations in the leather cover that are visible. Does anyone make one that will fit correctly without the small perforations in the leather over the spokes?

Thanks I do appreciate the help but I want to replace the cover with one that looks totally factory,
and I was hoping someone provides one that is correct for that steering wheel which runs from 1979 to 1992
