‘57 Rochester 7010100 vs ‘59 7013030

Hi,
My 7010100 Rochester needs a complete rebuild. I have come across a newly rebuilt 7013030 from a 59 Cad.
Apart from rejetting the primary jets (secondary jets are common for 57, 59 and 60 acc. to the parts manual), can this carb be used as it is?
My guess is that float height and other adjustments could be different and needs to be changed
