1977 Fleetwood Rear Body Filler Kit

Dear all,

I'm looking for a rear body Filler Kit for my 77 Fleetwood Limousine. I found one in the CaddyDaddy shop for an unbelievable high price:

Does anyone have experience with this filler kit?

There are now flexible replacements made for the rears on 77-79 and 80-92 RWD. I have the 80-92 version on my car and they fit great with minimal massaging. Price was reasonable. Don't waste your time with rigid replacements at any price, they are all the same thing.

These parts need to be flexible in order to fit properly-when the aftermarket started with the ABS and fiberglass ones, they used the original flexibles as a model which was a mistake. The flexibility is what allows them to fit right, and once they are made out of rigid material even if the parts are otherwise "identical", they will never fit right.

You can get away with using the rigid parts on low-visibility areas like the front fillers on rear wheel drive. But with the high visibility and numerous feature lines and surfacing on the back fillers, you need the modern flexible replacements.

I believe Cadillac King makes them and there are various other vendors scalping them.

When I bought the cheapest way was to go thru the Cadillac king eBay page.

Should note, they are not squishy rubber like the originals, but rather posable. To give an idea, I was able to reuse the brackets that go inside the original fillers, which you can't do on the fiberglass/ABS. But they aren't really necessary to help the filler keep its shape like on the originals.

I have their front fillers on my '84 Eldorado and as mentioned their rear fillers on my '83 deVille. Most of his stuff is extremely overpriced but I found the fillers to be a good value. Checking his page, I do see some covidflation since I purchased but still seems reasonable.
