Has anyone tried using a modern power seat motor unit with the original control switches and memory seat switch? If so, what may work?

Also, has anyone found someone who is doing reproduction turbine wheels in larger sizes? Trying to put in some larger disk brakes.

Thanks in advance.

I put a 1971 seat 'trolly' under the brougham seat. Saved a buch of weight there. The memory seat portion worked perfect, it remembered exactly the position it failed in 1958 😖. I looked inside the brain box and ultimately determined it had Alzheimer's. I put the 1971 seat switch under the seat so as to appear original

I have some seat motors and 2 seat frames.

David King - modern seat motors or original? Going the restomod route on this one.

David King (kz78hy)

My parts are the OE ones.  Nothing newer, sorry.
