Correct Thermostat 1960

 For summer fall driving what thermostat wood be correct. Im running at about 175F with a 180 stat in it now. Is that too cool to run. Im checking the temp after opening the rad cap and sticking a meat thermomiter in the fluid.

I use a 180 degre thermostat for spring thru fall. No problems at all.  The 190 thermostats were for winter to get more heat grom the heater.
