Something in the back of my mind is thinking about 3/16" for Toe-in for Cross Plies.

I think the toe depended on the suspension and steering design so it may not be the same between different models. I don't remember which car it was I had but I do remember one that the spec was 0.

The 63 shop manual calls for 3/16 inch toe-in. 0 left camber and -1/4 degrees right camber preferred with 0 to -1 degree caster. This would be for bias ply tires of the day.
