My current relay has a very high resistance contact which cause the relay to overheat and further destroy the contacts.  As a result, the generator is not producing any charging current.  I really don't want to disassemble the relay in an attempt to fix it.  The relay is identified by one of the terminals having a pressed inscription marked BAT.
