Did they modify the firewall and transmission tunnel in 1968 DeVille chassis to allow for the 472/TH400 to fit? the TH400 from a 67(which mounts to 429) is pretty different from a 1968 TH400(that mounts to 472).

I just want to know if that sheet metal area changed much.
