my car begin to shut off at the stop sign and lights if I sit for more than a few seconds.  I had a few things changed based on my computer  readings:

spark plugs changed
oil change
idle airflow motor changed
egr changed
map sensor changed

Put the car still cuts off.  I took it to a mechanic who stated my oil pressure drops to low and makes the car shut down. What can I do to fix this problem?

Id say the most likely culprit is the oil pump providing that what the mechanic is telling you about the reason for the shut-downs is true. I didnt know the Northstar engines had that provision, but they well may have. Im guessing that it will be a difficult and expensive proposition to get to the oil pump and replace it as is the case with many things on that engine.
