70's mirror question

What year did Cadillac start using the right side mirror with the "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" printing on it. I have one but don't know what year range it is correct. Thanks

I didn't mention this is still the mechanical mirror not the electric one. I'm not sure when they went electric.  Thanks

Going from memory I want to say 1981, I'm sure a more precise date will follow.

My 1980 Olds had that and, if I remember correctly, the 78 Malibu from a friend had that too.

It appears the convex mirrors are listed in brochures for starting in 1979.
