A friend of mine sent me this picture , I assume it is from the 30's but not sure about the specific model.

It looks like a 1934 or 1935 Buick Series 40 (with 3 horizontal hood louvers, other Series had 4 louvers) sedan.
1952 60 Special in France.

Yes. it's a '35 Buick Series 40. Where was that photo taken? It looks remarkably well preserved and complete except for the headlights.
