Progress on my '49 Convertible is slow but somewhat steady.  Currently reassembling windows and actuation system.
Just discovered Friday night a problem that I would have caught if I wasn't one of those loyal Cadillac devotees who has graciously assumed a work-in-progess from a former devotee.  See my note in the "wanted to Buy" forum. I am looking for a '49 donor car that can part with a couple of the brackets around the windshield used to attach windshield trim. 
The mission is to install the brackets without having to repaint the windshield!

I would GREATLY appreciate any leads on a '49 donor car (any model)!
