seeking a passenger rear door for a 66 cadillac (fleetwood if it matters- not 75 series).   requirements is that it the sheet metal be straight and the door rot free, some surface rust would be acceptable however the cleanest possible is best choice.

Im from Chicago area and am willing to travel thru midwest or southeast to retrieve as this isnt a easy item to ship via traditional means.

do not need any of the door interior bits nor glass.   Current door is dented, yet can be repaired, rather replace with better.

contact blugg@msn.com should you have something.

please no PMs...email is easiest to use or this thread.

Hi Jeff, Yes, this door needs to be from a 65 or 66 Sixty Special. Others are different. They all seem to rot in the rear arch. I'm sold out, but have sent door shells all over. I have about 75 doors of all years 57-70 if anyone is reading this who needs one. Anyway, They weigh about 50 lbs when they're stripped and FedEx ground is usually the least expensive to your door. You can check out Greyhound bus to the terminal also, but they're usually about the same on this size box. I run a 65-66 site. You can join and post a want ad.

Jeff great info on which door selection is needed.

Curious what's different on a sixty special vs other models?

I'm still seeking door.  Got one nibble that went cold.

Currently on road trip in the south east (I75/I65 via FL,GA,TN,KY,IN) an in 2 weeks will be on trip to northeast (I80 via OH,PA,NJ) so pick up of such a large heavy item can be accomplished.    Have truck.   Will travel.  Blugg@msn.com

it's 6" longer. Longer frame, back doors, body trim, emblems, upholstery, door panels.

I have one. I will need to check if it has any rust but I don't think it does. I'm in NW Indiana.
