I just bought one for my 1940   5029 (LaSalle)  from Bob's automobilia. He can cross reference as he deals mostly in old Buicks. $75 including shipping

I had no luck with Bob's Automobilia.  Told me he knew nothing about Cadillacs, only knew about Buicks.

Any other leads out there?

I just installed one in my 40 that  I purchased on eBay-I see them still on there now. Looks identical to the original, and is set up for 6-volts. Have only checked to see if it works- OK so far.
