Top portion is all I really need. mine is cracked and although I repaired it, I would still like to replace it. The tag may have printed on it  7004900 from memory.
Let me know what you have. It's for the original carb for a 52.

Mike--send me your eMail address. I'll send you some pix of a weird carb in my parts pile  that seems to have a Chevy  base with an early Rochester top. I used to have a tag on it that I THINK identified the top as 52 Cad, though with the  all the moving parts (e.g. choke plate) removed for racing.
I'll send one pic now and you can see if it is of any interest.
