1940 Series 62 Coupe Parts - Steering Box Bolts, Horn Ring, Other steering

Hi,

Rebuilding my steering box.  For starters, I need to replace the steering box bolts.  We'll be getting inside the steering box to see what else is needed. 

I also do not have a Horn Ring, so I need that.

I need bumper bolts.  Any kits available (doubt it)?  I have found some items at Restoration Supply Company.  Any general suggestions on hardware such as bolts, nuts and washers would be much appreciated.  Some of my hardware has too much corrosion, as the picture attached suggests.

Update, I have located a horn ring from a fellow collector.  Any suggestions on steering parts and hardware in general would be much appreciated.
