78 eldorado fender fillers

Has anyone replaced the front fender fillers,i did the passenger side without removing the fender with lots of trouble.I assume now the fender must come off first,  any Tips...Thanks..

You NEVER have to remove the fender.

You should remove the front bumper.

You can get to all of the bolts from under the hood to remove the filler brackets.

Do a search on front bumper fillers to find previous discussion.  This has been discussed a lot here and the info is posted.
