37 LaSalle throttle and cigar lighter knobs

 Hello,
   I have been working on my 37 LaSalle opera coupe and found online that my lower left knob should be a throttle. Mine currently has a plastic knob that has "Heater" on it. I doesn't control any heater, but is a rheostat for the dash lights. I would like to put it back to original and hook up a throttle. I also have a cigar lighter , but it appears to be from the 70's. I would like to find an original.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!  Paul
