The 2 bolts that hold the alternator bracket mounts to the exhaust manifold. Unfortunately they don't want to come out. Has anyone come up with an easy way to replace without dealing with those 2 bolts?

The only option is to drill them out ifthey won't budge. Take off the ac unit to gain better access.

Did you ever figure it out. I actually broke the rea bolt head off the alternator bracket and have been stuck.i tried removing the first manifold bolt with heat and no luck. Thinking of running it without that bracket.

Maybe cut/ grind the head of the other bolt that way you can remove the bracket exposing the bolt stems. Easy to work with then. You can weld nuts to the ends.
