Cadillac regalia can be notoriously difficult to identify when off the car.  I'm thinking that your wreath and crest ensemble is from a later car, such as 1971 through 1976, owing to the "vitrolux" crest.  The 1969-70 crests are of cloisonné enamel.

well remembered Charles... you're right - the "Vitrolux" finish in this Cadillac generation appeared only after 1971... the P/N do a mention about 1969/70, but since is the same hood, is possible there some mistake in this reference chart...

I agree. Looks to me 71/72.

Also agree Eric... now after you told, I think is 1971/72!

Maybe until 74 or even 76 (always from 1971 "until" ... ), but I would bet only between 1971 & 1972

thanks for tip guys! I did a "repair" on the title leaving in parentheses a question mark... anyway, follow as a doubt what's the exact year!  ;)

As Charles mentioned exact fitment is difficult to ascertain without the car. My only recollection is the front of the hood is more sharply "Veed" horizontally in 71/72 than 73+ and the contour of the emblems appears to be the earlier version on this end.

Also keep in mind the wreath was only used on Fleetwood models and in 1971 DeVille had a larger crest since the V was dropped that year. If I'm correct that 71/72 is the year of the parts, that should mean the crest (only) will work for a 1972 DeVille but not a 1971 DeVille, but is correct for Fleetwood models of both years.
