Have you tried the usual Cadillac junk yards?

Honest Johns Cadillac parts is one, they're north of Fort Worth.

The '54 right side stone guards are very difficult to find in NOS or perfect condition.  This is because the right side is difficult to see when backing and frequently was damaged and replaced.  When you find one, be prepared to spend big money. Left side easier to find.  Good luck!
