I'm a bit lazy - so I'm pointing you to my web site where I documented this -I cannot tell you who made the hinges, he wants to remain anonymous, but I can tell you he used a 50 ton press brake.  restoring hood  I made the chrome trim spear and some other pieces as described there also.  ask me if you have questions.
