1904 Cadillac

Hi, new member here. I have searched but I cannot find any date for the fire that closed the Cadillac factory and delayed the 1903-1904 production, can i get any help on this please?

Thanks.

From page 32 of Maurice D. Hendry's book, "Cadillac the Complete Seventy-Year History":

"A total of 1,895 cars were built from March, 1903 to March, 1904.  This was an exceptional achievement in the first year production, more so in view of a fire on April 13, 1904, that gutted the Cadillac plant and temporarily put the firm out of business."
