1950 Distributor, Delco-Remy Model 1110819.  Internal shaft bushing in perfect shape with only .006" play at rotor support.  Refurbished with excellent breaker plate, new condenser, excellent points, new wires and new insulator for coil wire.  Vacuum advance is for a 1952 distributor, but was bench tested and works perfectly.  All parts including centrifugal weights cleaned and lubricated.  You supply rotor and cap. Distributor worked perfectly when road tested on my '49 Cadillac.  Photos can be emailed on request.  $150 plus shipping.

Jerome,

Packed in a box the distributor will weight almost 3 Kilos.  Shipping with the post office would be about $80.  With Fedex or UPS more than $250.

Will it work in a 47?
I would be interested it it for a spare as I am driving it from Minnesota to Alaska.  Was going to do it in 2020 but we all know what happened.  Canadian Border was closed in 2021 and midway through 2022.
We will do it in 2024.  I rode with my father to Fairbanks in his 47 series 62 in 1955 and I want to do this with my son and grandson.  That would be 4 generations of our family driving the Alaska Hwy in a 1947 Cadillac, series 62 (not the same vehicle as 1955)

I doubt. 1950 is from the new engine (which came for 1949) with valves in head.

This distributor has been sold.

Roger is right.  A 1950 distributor will not work on a 1947 Cadillac. A '47 motor and its distributor is different from the motor (and distributor) introduced in '49 and continued in 1950.  It's true that the distributor cap and rotor and some other small parts are the same in 47 and 50, but the bodies of the distributors are not the same.
