I'm putting back together 65 Calais, and I'm in need of the kickdownswitch for it. I found one for sale but over $200 for a refurbished one seems high to me.

Thanks for any help!

In my experience that's an absolute steal if it works. Hens teeth are in great abundance compared to that little jewel.

G'day Philippe,

That one is not the required part.   That one goes inside the Transmission.

The one that is wanted attaches to a bracket in the engine bay and is operated by the throttle lever on the Carby.

PS.   I made mine out of a micro switch.   Not original, but it works.

I have a good one. $210 including shipping.
All payment apps excepted just add 4% for PayPal or credit cards. The upside is, if it doesn't get there, you get your money back. thanks, Jeff -

Just realized I still have one of these pelicans from my '66 when I changed over to a '67 intake and QJ. If anyone is interested PM me.
