My buddy has an issue with his 61 Carter.  It appears to be leaking towards the carb spacer but he cant figure it out.  Engine is also running rough.  Any ideas?

High fuel pressure, leaking needle and seat, worn throttle shaft and/ or bushings, wrong float level or sunk float.
