Who can help with restoring and converting a 1941 radio?

Speak to him about your desires but he's going to strongly recommend you don't convert it to Bluetooth or anything like that.  If you're determined to have modern convenience with your 41 radio try these guys:

Generally resources are available to rebuild a
41 radio, I did a 39 for a friend a couple years
ago.  But I suspect it would be cheaper to put
a new high tech receiver in your case (stereo FM,
whatever).  Your choice, you will need new
speakers regardless to complete it.
