I have a set of four(4) new aluminum reproduction 11" rings that attach to the inside of the 15" aluminum wheel of the 1957/58 Brougham. The hubcap snaps onto this ring. All holes are drilled, but there is no hardware or clips. Sold as a set, will not break up. Extremely hard to find.  DM me for photo, sorry, I don't text.
$500 for all four "rings" plus shipping.
