As some may know, I have been organizing my prior years of Self-Starter Magazines, shamefully from years and years back.

To those who have a better memory than me, does anyone know when this small booklet - A Tribute to the Designers - accompanied the Self-Starter (a supplement to), or was sent to us separately.
