rebuilt my power antenna, but when i tried to test it something, i think the mast got jammed and it shredded 3 of the gears inside, the 2 metal reduction gears and the gear attached to the main shaft.  Do replacements for these gears exist? Id rather not have to spend a lot of money on a new power antenna

Seems like a possible job for 3d printing?

There are small gear suppliers that carry a wide range of specialty gears online. I'd start with a search there.
McMaster is one.

Ill check around, have a friend with a buick that has a power antenna, i assume the gears im looking for should be in there. I have one gear that's in good condition, so im going to model up something. Don't have a resin printer yet so i may have to wait till i can print it out. I don't think a FDM printer will work very well on this small of a scale

There are a number of places that rebuild these power antennas so replacement parts must be available.  I started looking into this since my '73 Eldo antenna needs to be rebuilt (cable snapped).  The way most of these guys work is that you can buy a properly rebuilt one and send in your broken antenna which
covers the "core charge".  Just Google and you'll find several.
I don't know if any of these places sell parts, but it's possible.

i went through the same headache with my clock, needed a gear that nobody sold and no other clock had because they commonly digitigrade because of the plastic. I was able to find one in pieces, rebuilt it and modled it, and now just need a printer to print it.  But its the same thing, people rebuild them, so they must make replacement parts, but i have yet to find anything, its either custom to there shops or kept very close.  Ill publish the model once i know it works, but im going to try and make a version of these power antenna gears, in the mean time i need to find a junked one, because a rebuilt one is near $200 to $300
