There is a like-new copy of this book offered on eBay (as of Friday morning, Jan 31).
Price is $30 or Best Offer.  If I didn't have a copy, I'd by it in a minute!   :)

 ;D   Thanks for the heads-up, I saw one in GOOD condition, with the dust jacket, for $17.40 plus free shipping and grabbed that one.  The one for $30.00 was still there!
