Can anyone recommend a painter bodywork guy in the bucks county/ Philly PA area? Maybe a hobbyist who does paint and body work? I've checked my area (Langhorne PA) and the shops either don't want to do it or give me a outrageous price. I will take off all the stainless and chrome. Attached is a picture of the car. Thanks.

Have you tried asking through the local CLC Region for that area?

Think that would be the Valley Forge Region but you could also extend the search to the Raritan River and North Jersey Regions also. 

Good luck!  Trades people in general but especially those for specialties such as vintage vehicle restoration services are becoming less available as time passes.
