Like many Eldos, my'60 was converted to springs sometime in the distant past. Unlike most, however it retains the air compressor, just for show (and it is a great conversation starter at shows). But it is still connected to the engine oil system, and has recently started leaking oil at the junction between the compressor and the P/S pump. I'm wondering if it is possible to reseal the thing so it stops leaking. I haven't found any information about parts or repairs for these compressors. If it's not practical to repair, I suppose I'll just do what most people do and convert to a conventional power steering pump.
