The box in the pictures in the links below was something given to Cadillac dealers, and seems to have contained some dealer sales incentive materials. It is the same size a regular box of Wheaties. Has anyone ever seen anything like this, or have any idea of its value? And who is the guy on the front? I cant make out the signature.

I believe it to be very rare... General Mills (Wheaties)is very fond of suing all those who mimic their package.   I recall a similar press kit handed out at the Detroit Auto show a few years back for I believe Dodge, that was ordered returned.    The fellow on the package appears to be Peter Genoza (sp) who was a Cadillac sales type guy about that time.  Value is whatever it will bring on ebay.   I wouldnt eat the contents!
