Rebuilt my distributor and want to time the engine. Only mark I see on the flywheel is a C/CA. Can someone please tell me what that refers to?

The forum has some previous info regarding flathead timimg.  Just do a search.  Here is one link; https://forums.cadillaclasalle.club/index.php?topic=132975.msg282564#msg282564    Happy Motoring!

The timing marks are on the front pulley/ harmonic balancer ,not the flywheel.

My bad. I meant the harmonic balancer not the flywheel. The C/CA is the only marks I see.
